Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive project support services to the project teams to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.Provide office support, including office supplies procurement, financial administration, diary management, travel arrangements, and event management.Assist with the tendering process and the preparation of marketing collateral.Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.Ensure routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly management reporting, and health and safety requirements, are achieved. #J-18808-Ljbffr
