Receptionists (Administration & Office Support) We are seeking a full-time office professional to work in our busy Burnie office.
The successful applicant will be highly skilled and comfortable using various computer programs. A very high standard of literacy, accuracy, and confidentiality are required.
The successful applicant must demonstrate high-level communication skills, by telephone and in person. An ideal candidate will have a creative eye for photo editing and design, be self-motivated and organized, and a perfectionist in their work.
Tasks include:Data entry and general office dutiesFuneral service preparation (such as photos and booklets)Assistance on refreshmentsRoutine cleaning and preparation of the venue for services (office, chapel, and refreshment centre)This is physical work and does include cleaning toilet facilities, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
This is a full-time position, 76 hours per fortnight, with a 5pm finish Monday to Friday.
