The Manager, Triage & Resolution is responsible for the co-ordination & management of:
The Triage & Resolution Team which comprises of 2 sub teams.
Coordinate the receipt, risk assessment, categorisation & resolution of complaints, enquiries, & other matters.
The role is accountable for ensuring the activities of the CIT team are conducted in compliance with OHO policies & procedures, as well as meeting legislative requirements.
Maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders, & in particular the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and ensuring the CIT team work effectively within QLD's co-regulatory framework is a key element of the position.
Joint consideration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Strategic approaches to ensuring high-level administrative decision making & quality assurance functions.
