**Job Description:**

Goodyear Tire & Rubber is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and supporting our team as we navigate a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organize meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and agendas.

2. **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in coordinating projects by managing timelines, resources, and communication among team members.
- Track project progress and report updates to senior management.

3. **Communication Management:**
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of attention to detail.

4. **Office Organization:**
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible to team members.
- Create and implement efficient office procedures to enhance workflow.

5. **Financial Administration:**
- Support basic financial activities, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
- Liaise with finance departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure prompt payment processes.

6. **Human Resources Support:**
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including drafting offer letters and coordinating orientation scheduling.
- Help maintain personnel records and assist with benefits administration as needed.

7. **Customer Service:**
- Address client inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience with Goodyear.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate significant issues as necessary.

8. **Technology Management:**
- Support the implementation of office technologies and applications that improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and coordinate with IT support when necessary.

9. **Change Adaptation:**
- Encourage and support a culture that thrives on change, guiding team members through transitions effectively.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident in decision-making and communicating with team members at all levels.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to maintain focus and effectiveness during times of change.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong creativity with the ability to develop innovative solutions to challenges.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess and improve office processes and workflows.
- **Availability:** Must be able to commit to part-time hours and be available for meetings across different time zones as required.
