Our client is seeking a proactive Office Manager for a newly created role as they continue to expand in the local market. You'll oversee office operations and provide vital support to senior management and HR teams nationwide.

You'll focus on office management, finance, and HR administration, working closely with the Chief People Officer to help shape the company's future.
About The RoleEnsure the Sydney office is a welcoming environment, infusing it with fun and energy while maintaining professionalism.Oversee daily operations, including reception, mail and courier services, office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.Assist with managing and operating offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth virtually.Coordinate organisational events, forums, and scheduling to support business activities.Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and support HR initiatives.Help with invoice processing, expense management, and financial reporting and analysis.Organise and manage filing systems for accessibility and efficiency.About YouWe are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented administrator with:
2+ years of experience in Admin Assistant, Concierge, Office Management, or Team Assistant roles.Previous experience in professional services.Strong time management and organisational skills, with punctuality.Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.Ability to manage a changing workload, meet deadlines, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary of $90,000 - $100,000 + Super + Bonus.Convenient Sydney CBD location | opportunity to WFH 1x day per week.Full-time permanent role.Supportive team environment focused on employee well-being.Range of benefits to support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and organised professional looking to advance their career with an employer who values hard work and promotes a positive work culture.
