The Position: Preparing and processing listings/exchanges/settlements Preparing listing kits/presentations Uploading properties to the internet Appraisal letters Auction and Open Home preparation Maintaining the database Weekly vendor reports Office cleaning Other office duties as required Benefits: Competitive salary package on offer Premium brand, great reputation Easy parking 9am-5:30pm Ideal Candidate:
