Incitec Pivot is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our collaborative team in a part-time remote capacity. #### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Management:**
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and organize electronic filing systems and ensure all important documentation is up-to-date and securely stored.
- Manage office inventory, procurement, and supplies, liaising with suppliers as needed.

2. **Communication & Liaison:**
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and fostering positive relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues and teams across various time zones, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars to optimize productivity.

3. **Financial Management:**
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring office expenses to ensure they align with company financial goals.
- Process invoices, manage payment schedules, and track expenses to ensure efficient financial operations.

4. **Project Support:**
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and assist teams in achieving their specific objectives through effective project management.
- Support the development and implementation of office procedures and policies to enhance organizational efficacy.

5. **Decision-Making & Problem-Solving:**
- Utilize strategic planning and decision-making skills to resolve any office-related issues that may arise.
- Implement solutions that improve workflows and enhance team collaboration within global teams.

6. **Compliance & Reporting:**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and relevant legal requirements regarding remote work operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations as necessary for management, utilizing data analytics to guide decision-making.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, particularly in a remote working environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools (e.g., project management and communication platforms).
