Office Manager - Randstad

Administration All Rounder Location: Laverton Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm About this company Our client based in Laverton are looking for an experienced Administration All Rounder to assist the team commencing mid november for a 6-8 week assignment.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a friendly "can-do" attitude and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
No weekend work in this role.
This position will be commencing asap.
In this role, you will be responsible for Payroll processing of 15 employees Data entry of timesheet records Invoicing data entry into Microsoft Dynamics General ADHOC administration duties Validation of records To be successful in this role, you will have Reliability and commitment to the organisation for the 6-8 weeks into the new year Public Holidays will be standard days off The ability to be organised and a great communicator Previous experience using SAP or Microsoft Dynamics A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing The ability to work within a team environment Computer savvy At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
