Due to relocation, an opportunity has emerged for an experienced office manager to take on a key role overseeing operations across four office locations.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and be a dependable team member committed to supporting the continued success of the business.
The Role As a successful Office Manager and Personal Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to: Provide assistance to the managing director with calendar, travel management Prepare reports, update relevant spreadsheets and databases as necessary Day to day management of four offices across Australia Coordinating office maintenance, ordering stationary, setting up IT Organising company events Location: North Sydney (9-day fortnight) Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 salary package (negotiable) You As a successful Office Manager and Personal Assistant, you will offer: Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.)
