As an Office Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the workplace experience and fostering a positive environment for our team.

Your primary focus will be ensuring the smooth operation of our office on a day-to-day basis, with an emphasis on providing exceptional support to all members of our organisation.

Being based in Cicada Innovations means you will work closely with both the Quantum Motion team and the Cicada team on a daily basis.
Functions of the RoleOffice Management Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors by providing a warm welcome and directing them as neededManage purchases from external vendors, ensuring all the contracts are in place and properly executedMaintain accurate employee and department directoriesAdminister Work Health & Safety (WHS) records using our compliance softwareMaintain security protocols by following procedures and monitoring accessLiaise with innovation hub teamCollaborate with the London head officeAdministrative and Ad hoc Support Tasks Prepare and input documents into various systems, including memos, letters, reports and purchase ordersHandle photocopying, scanning and mail processing as requiredAssist with basic book-keeping tasks, including invoice processing and maintaining the holiday registerOversee and/or support the preparation of events that the team are hosting.Employee Experience Contribute to a seamless team experience by supporting various initiativesCoordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and resourcesLiaise with internal staff, managers and external stakeholders to ensure effective completion of tasksEnsure the supplies within the office are fully stockedExperience - EssentialsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenA proactive, independent, and collaborative approach to workStrong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks effectivelyProficient problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situationsExperience - DesirablePrevious experience in project management would be advantageousPrevious experience working in a start-up environmentBenefitsBe part of a creative, world-leading teamCompetitive salaryEEO StatementQuantum Motion is committed to providing equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate on the basis of age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, colour, religion, disability, marital status, pregnancy, gender reassignment, religion, or any other protected attribute under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) or any other commonwealth, state or territory legislation.
