We are seeking a skilled and motivated Office Manager to lead the operational and administrative functions of our clinic. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless office operations, team cohesion, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:Contributing to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities, and establishing service standards to optimise operations.Ensuring work processes comply with relevant government legislation, clinic policies, and procedures.Allocating human resources, space, and equipment to support operational needs.Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained efficiently.Assigning tasks, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring high productivity.Managing office records and accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance.Liaising with external professionals to coordinate office business and resolve issues as needed.Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment.Addressing and resolving operational problems promptly and effectively.Skills:To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
