Our clinic is a dynamic and professional environment that values efficiency, innovation, and excellence in every aspect of our operations.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Office Manager to lead the operational and administrative functions of our clinic.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless office operations, team cohesion, and compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Contributing to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities, and establishing service standards to optimise operations.Ensuring work processes comply with relevant government legislation, clinic policies, and procedures.Allocating human resources, space, and equipment to support operational needs.Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained efficiently.Assigning tasks, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring high productivity.Managing office records and accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance.Liaising with external professionals to coordinate office business and resolve issues as needed.Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment.Addressing and resolving operational problems promptly and effectively.Skills:To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:Experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry.Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proven ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in office software and management tools.Exceptional communication skills and focus on delivering outstanding customer service.Familiarity with relevant government legislation, occupational health and safety standards, and best practices in office management.How to Apply:Please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your suitability for the role to: privee.com.au.For more information about our clinic, visit our website.Summary of Role Requirements:Flexible hours available.1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.Work visa can be provided for this role.Expected salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
