Our client is seeking an experienced Officer Manager / Job Scheduler to join the Malaga team. This role will be ongoing with the opportunity for perm placement.

Start: ASAP
Location: Malaga
Hours: Monday to Friday - 7.00am - 3.30pm

Duties:

Efficiently coordinate and assign incoming work orders received in an accurate and timely manner.
Enter jobs and coordinate the daily schedule for our plumbers.
Communicate clearly with our Plumbing Supervisors/ Management about job bookings and timelines.
Process job management, includes updating the schedule where necessary, ensure accurate job notes/timesheets entered, monitoring outstanding PO's and progressing the job through to completion.
Ensure all necessary plans and documentation are complete and readily accessible for the technicians.
Resolve any daily on-site issues encountered by technicians with support from Site Supervisors.
Schedule staff annual leave and absences.
Assist Directors when required.
General Office Manager administrative duties as required and liaise with fellow office colleagues to ensure team efficiency and productivity.


The successful candidate will have:

Preferred experience with SIMPRO system
Excellent computer skills, in particular Microsoft Office - outlook, word,excel.
Be organised and time efficient.
Friendly and approachable demeanor in person, over the phone and via email.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and problem solve in a Team environment.
Bring a positive energy, collaborate and work cohesively with colleagues.
