About the business Apex Engineering Technology Group Pty Ltd (Apex ETG) provides advanced engineering techniques for laser cladding services, with distinct requirements to their customers of various industries.

We are looking for our next Office Manager to join our team in Malaga.
The position is full-time, with a 38hr working week.

About the role Reporting to the Management Team of Directors, this role is pivotal to the company and its operations.
You will be the backbone of the company and can make this role your own.

Tasks and responsibilities These are not extensive and further details will be provided at interview stage.

Support the leadership team with daily operational activities and documentation Lead procurement and supplier assessment reviews.
(International / local service and product suppliers) Lead the liaising with sub-contractors and assist with contractor on-boarding processes Lead and coordinate the Accounting and Banking activities involving local and international transactions Lead the HR (including payroll), IT and operational support management including liaison with external contractors Lead the logistics process coordination - including domestic delivery documentation, international freight and customs documentation Lead budget management, control and expenditure for other departments Lead the management of service agreements and coordinating third party services; liaise with property managers to initiate necessary building and ground maintenance as required Oversight of the administrative team, currently consisting of one administration assistant General business administration management as required It is a varied and flexible role, as such we are looking for someone who can adapt to change as required.

To be successful in this roll you will need:
Minimum of 5 years previous administration experience in a similar role; experience managing operations for an SME or TNL company will be highly favourable, Proficient in MS Office software, including Teams Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work, Strong attention to detail, Confidentiality and professionalism, Ability to provide exceptional customer service, Team player with the ability to work in a small business and contribute to additional tasks where required, and Current driver's license with own vehicle.
Experience in Xero and a Diploma/Certificate in Administration or Business qualification are desirable, but not essential.

You must be an Australian Citizen or have unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
