What's Involved? This is a full-time or part-time role, 38 hours a week (full-time), or part-time hours can be negotiated. We are looking for an Office Manager that can run our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities The Office Manager position will include the following duties (but not limited to):
Greeting clients and making them comfortable Process Accounts Receivable invoices Process Accounts Payable invoices Process wages and trade pay runs Client liaison and Site Manager office assistance Account reconciliation and monthly BAS entries Coordinate Maintenance and Defect Periods Process council approvals and assist the Project Manager in getting jobs to site Manage Calendars and Appointments Maintain a Clean and Tidy Office Manage Deliveries and Stock About You The successful candidate will display the following attributes:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, or equivalent experience An enthusiastic and professional attitude, strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact well with others. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to work autonomously Ability to think outside the box Willingness to work as part of a small, high-performance team Do you have a willingness to grow and learn?
