The Role Manage the daily functions of the office operations and business premises. Support the State Manager with personal assistant duties, minute taking, scheduling meetings and appointments, diary and inbox management, travel bookings, prepare presentations and reporting. Oversee reception, office cleanliness, and equipment maintenance. Handle suppliers, stock, inventory, and security access control. Assist the Director with calendar management, special projects and assistance Event Management Distribute and manage uniforms, coordinate team meetings, and implement office policies. Manage the Office ERP and participate in incident and emergency response planning. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Manage debtors/collections, client credit, and invoicing compliance. Control purchasing processes, raise purchase orders, and maintain financial records. Manage payroll data and leave approvals. Monitor budgets, generate budget reports, and manage insurance renewals and claims. What you will bring Exceptional time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Strong organisational abilities to maintain efficiency and order within the office environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and concise interactions with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in multitasking, capable of handling diverse responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Team player, work collaboratively in a team environment as well as work autonomously. Hours of work - Monday to Friday (38 hr week) Flexibility of WFH one day per week.
