About Your OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive, professional and highly organised Office Manager to oversee smooth day-to-day operations who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the workplace, managing daily operational tasks, maintaining office facilities, assisting employees, and providing administrative support to the executive team.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs the outstanding Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their corporate office operates effectively and efficiently.
Your core responsibilities in this dynamic role will include:
Providing executive support including diary management, meeting scheduling, and other administrative tasks such as marketing activities and website updates.Proactively addressing challenges, managing essential office supplies, and coordinating meetings, ensuring that every detail is attended to—from preparing meeting rooms to managing visitor access.With exceptional administration experience you will oversee email communications, document management, and invoicing.From a HR perspective, you will be coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee directories, and organising team-building activities and performance reviews.In addition, you will maintain facility systems, such as printers, air conditioning, and security access.
Along with assisting the team with basic IT issues and consulting with external IT support.For health and safety, you will conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with OHS regulations.About youYou will be a dedicated Office Manager who holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, along with proven experience in similar corporate roles.
In this position, you will leverage your strong familiarity with HR procedures, OHS regulations, and basic financial management to create a productive workplace.
Your excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills will be essential as you manage daily operations and foster effective relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office management software is crucial for your success.
