Atlas Migration is a migration and education agency based in Sydney that operates across the entire Australian territory.
Atlas Migration is now looking for an experienced, reliable and well-spoken  Office Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing staff, ensuring smooth communication, handling office resources, and supporting client services to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
Your responsibilities: Coordinate daily tasks, maintain organized filing systems, and implement efficient office policies and procedures; Participating in the development and assessment of office operations, establishing priorities and service benchmarks.
Supervise, train, and support administrative staff while fostering a collaborative work environment; Manage calendars, plan meetings, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders; Act as the primary contact for inquiries, disseminate internal communications, and handle correspondence professionally; Monitor office supplies, manage budgets, and negotiate with vendors to ensure efficient resource utilization; Collaborating with industry professionals to manage office activities and resolve issues.
Ensure all office operations adhere to legal standards regulations; Provide professional client support, resolve inquiries, and maintain a welcoming office environment; Monitoring adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
Identify inefficiencies, address challenges, and implement solutions for smoother office operations; About you: At least 1 year of experience as an Office Manager; Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient office workflows; Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with clients and team member; Proficiency in managing schedules, deadlines, and appointments while maintaining accuracy; A client-focused approach with the ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction; Skills to manage office expenses, monitor budgets, and negotiate contracts with service providers; Understanding of regulations and general compliance requirements; Job type: Permanent/ full-time position Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
