About the Role We are looking for a pro-active Office Manager with excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven experience in leading an administration team.
Reporting to the General Manager of the North Sydney team, this varied role will primarily be responsible for the delivery of professional, effective, and efficient support to the office.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Management of the operation of the working office environment and facilitiesLeadership and management of an administration support teamProvision high-level support to Regional General Manager and Senior Leaders, including diary management, coordination of meetings and minutes, typing and preparation of documents (e.g., reports), presentations and ad hoc duties as requiredOverseeing and providing support for project related tasks e.g., submission coordination, typing and preparation of documents such as reports, certificates, general correspondence etc.Coordination with other functional teams such as Legal, Brand & Communications, People & Culture, Finance, and ITTravel and accommodation bookingsAssisting engineering teams with coordinating aspects of project commercial requirements such as project invoicing, fees, and reportsActing as the first point of contact for all building maintenance requests and liaise with the building management and suppliersAssisting with general office support requirements and/or delegating as required About You We are looking for someone who has:
Ideally, 3+ years' experience in an Office Manager roleProven experience in leading and managing an administration teamEffective interpersonal communication, high levels of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people at all levelsAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little directionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and prioritiesIntermediate to advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite (Adobe suite/InDesign skills also desirable but not essential)Strong organisational and time management skillsAbility to demonstrate initiative, anticipate administrative needs, and be proactiveA competitive remuneration package is on offer, commensurate with the experience and skills of the successful candidate.
