Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Full time The Company:An established well-capitalized property developer with a significant project pipeline. They are currently looking to recruit an Office Manager based in the CBD.
The Opportunity:In this multi-faceted role, you will provide general support to the team managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Some of your duties will include:
Management of the office spaces, seating plan, building & facilities management.Manage corporate kitchen supplies, office supplies, and facilities, working with suppliers and service providers.Uphold security by monitoring access of personnel.Assist in staff onboarding process.Review and update any administrative policies and procedures.Back up the receptionist when required.Complete renewal of corporate memberships.Complete business insurance renewals.Develop annual budget.Organise company events.The Candidate:To be successful in this role you will ideally have around 5 years experience in an administrative capacity as a Team Assistant or Office Manager within a corporate environment. Naturally, you will be highly organised, with superior communication skills and most importantly enjoy working in a close team environment. Experience working within the property, development or construction industry will be highly regarded although not essential.
