Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Welcome visitors when client meetings are scheduled Ensure visitor sign-in process is completed Maintain an organized and clean office environment Receipt and distribution of mail Order office supplies Organize catering for client meetings Provide a cohesive approach across all Sydney BU Liaise with cleaning providers regarding needs/feedback (day cleaner, nightly clean) Manage vendors Identify and resolve ad hoc issues
