Position Overview:
As an Office Manager , the following duties are expected:
Office Management & Administration Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is tidy and operating smoothly. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail. Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately. Liaise with IT outsourced provider regarding onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining AV equipment in meeting rooms, and acting as a point of contact to resolve network issues. Manage IT platforms and systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter and JobAdder. Executive Support Support two Executives consisting of SA State Manager and VIC State Lead. Support visiting Executives from the Sydney office when required. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize meetings, take minutes, undertake research, and prepare presentations and reports. Coordinate travel arrangements for Executives and the wider business globally. Liaise with regional Australian and New Zealand offices and four global offices and leaders (Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, and New York). Marketing, Events, and Social Media Head the Marketing and Social Media for the company's offices, which involves understanding the company and the target market to attract new clients and candidates. Update the company's website and social media pages with news and events. Organize internal events including Quarterly updates, Christmas Party, and end of financial year events. Work closely with Executives and senior consultants to develop and deliver approved external client events and sponsorship. Please reach out to Nick Kulakoff to discuss further at 0423325015.
