The annual salary is between $70,000 to $75,000. The business is located at South Hedland, WA 6722.Key Responsibilities:Plan and Review Office Services: Contribute to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities, and ensuring service standards meet our company's quality expectations.Resource Allocation: Allocate human resources, office space, and cleaning equipment effectively to optimize service delivery.Work Assignment and Monitoring: Assign cleaning tasks to staff, monitor their performance, and provide constructive feedback.Records and Accounts Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of office operations, including financial accounts and cleaning schedules.Liaison with Professionals: Coordinate with clients and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.Equipment and Supplies Maintenance: Ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and that supplies are adequately stocked.Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace for all employees.Legislative Compliance: Ensure that all office operations comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.Personnel Coordination: Oversee HR activities including hiring, training, performance management, and payroll for cleaning staff.Qualifications:Proven experience in office management or a related field.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Proficient in office software and record-keeping systems.
