Office Manager

Our client is a leading provider of electrical and water maintenance services to a number of remote communities.
Taking pride in their reliable services, technical expertise, and strong customer relationships they are a dynamic and growing team.
Currently they are seeking an Office Manager to support a small team responsible for planning, scheduling, reporting, analysis and billing.
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the team, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and processes Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure all resources are available and in good working condition Support the scheduling and coordination of maintenance appointments and client services Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence Organise and maintain records, files, and documents (both physical and digital) in an efficient manner Assist in financial processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-up actions Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Provide general administrative support to the management team.
Qualifications: Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (2+ years preferred).
Experience in the electrical, water maintenance, or related industries is a plus Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software Familiarity with scheduling tools, invoicing systems, and record-keeping processes Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail On offer is a competitive salary and an opportunity to join a high performing and dynamic team.
