This is an integral role that will see you grow and develop your skills, interacting across a range of stakeholders.Office Management and AdministrationEnsuring the Sydney office is a safe, pleasant, and enjoyable place to work and visit, adding your own element of fun and energyOversee office operations, including reception, mail and courier services, supplies, equipment and maintenanceAssist (virtually) with management and operations of other offices across Melbourne, Brisbane, and PerthSupport the business with organisational event coordination, forums and schedulingLiaise with building management and service providersCompilation of meeting packs and presentations for stakeholdersOther duties as requiredPeople (HR) SupportAssist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening and scheduling interviewsCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesProvide administrative and coordination support for People processes and initiatives, e.g.
training and development, employee records, payroll and benefits administrationProvide support for people reporting and analysisFinance SupportAssist with invoice processing and expense managementProvide administrative and coordination support for Finance processes and initiativesProvide support for financial reporting and analysisWhat you offerDemonstrated experience in a similar office management or administration role within similar project-based or operationally-focused organisationsExceptional interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to influence a range of stakeholdersStrong time management and organisational skillsAbility to manage across multiple tasks and remain detail oriented whilst working in a fast-paced environmentA positive, proactive attitude and enjoy working independently and as part of a diverse teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
