$85,000- $100,000 Package
Monday - Friday
Based in Hornsby
Our Client: A franchise office of one of Australia's leading brands, our upper North Shore client boasts a stable, highly experienced and motivated team.
Duties Forming an integral link between the Sales and Leadership teams across 2 offices, this role will see you working hand in hand with the Director and responsible for the following:
Office Admin Oversee Admin staff and support with recruitment and onboarding / training
Office Supervision guidelines, WH&S and CPD compliance
Office and business upkeep including stationary, equipment and facilities
Coordination and booking of social events, conferences, travel and accommodation
Staff leave and holiday cover management
Record keeping for HR
Sales Admin Prepare Sales Settlement figures and prepare settlement transactions
Trust account management including daily receipting and reconciliation (this can be taught)
Commission calculations
Coordinate marketing collateral for agents and properties
Book Auctions and communication with Solicitors / Conveyancers
Specific requirements: High level organisation and time management skills, proven ability to prioritise ideally within a Real Estate environment
Proven experience with implementing new systems and processes
Hold a current NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence
Some accounting knowledge will be highly regarded, but not essential.
