  We currently have a great opportunity for an Office Manager to join our team in Perth, Australia where we have a team of 30 people.
This is a part-time role, 16 hours per week based in our Perth CBD office.
 The working hours schedule can be arranged based on the successful candidates preference.
As the Office Manager, you will create and maintain a great work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational engagement, effectiveness, communication and safety.
You will also provide administrative support and internal communications for our whole global workforce of 100+ people.
Key responsibilities: Office purchases for stock, equipment, vouchers and gifts Keep kitchen stocked with food, snacks and drinks Calendar administration, managing meeting room bookings and resolving calendar conflicts Coordinating presenters and content for monthly global team meetings Event management including quarterly social events Event planning for internal conferences both in Australia and globally Working with travel consultants to arrange domestic and international travel Be primary point of contact for building management Weekly post-office box checks and other post tasks Administrative support for onboarding new team members Administrative support to internal L&D program Administrative monthly reward and recognition program Credit Card reconciliation Internal communications Other administration tasks as required   The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes: Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar role The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Previous experience organising and managing events Strong interpersonal and communication skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Strong attention to detail Previous experience working in a fast-paced tech business would be preferred   We are committed to building an engaged and talented workforce that represents an environment that is inclusive, supports flexibility and welcomes diversity.
