We are seeking someone to own our vital customer interactions and help us deliver exceptional service, from initial enquiry through to many years of ongoing service.

The role is based at our office on a new industrial estate in Three Legged Cross, just outside of Ringwood and Verwood.
Role Details Our expectations of the Office Manager role:
First point of contact for potential & existing customers, building technical knowledge to be able to handle all queries competently.
Act as communication relay, making sure all parties receive necessary information.
Diary planning, booking in customer surveys, installations & services.
Creating invoices and customer records, as well as monitoring upcoming filter changes or other annualised appointments for existing customers.
Maintain customer database and other CRM systems.
Support with marketing campaigns, e.g.
mailshots, letters, capturing campaign success data.
Update basic management information.
Order stock, ensuring correct stock is in place for installations/servicing
Skills Needed People person with ability to offer outstanding customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Flexibility and willingness to learn
An aptitude to pick things up quickly
Ability to problem solve
Proactive approach to any recurring issues
Job Specifics Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:30
23 days' holiday per year plus bank holidays, plus Christmas shut down pay
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
