We are a well-established specialist dental practice with a friendly and growing team. Our main office is located in beautiful Camden (Sydney) with a regional practice in Orange. The Role
The manager position is a pivotal leadership role overseeing daily practice functions through the coordination and guidance of the team, and contributing to the overall delivery of superior patient care.

Responsibilities include (not limited to): Managing the front of house; leading, educating and supporting the reception team Facilitate a seamless patient journey, from the initial consultation to subsequent stages. This includes scheduling necessary appointments, creating and following up patient letters, explaining treatment plans and obtaining both informed and financial consents from the patient. Management of all HR related matters; Leave, Recruitment, Onboarding, Training & Development, Performance & Behaviour, Timetabling & Rostering Accounts oversight management, debt collection and establishing patient contracts and payment plans. Review and update documentation around people and processes in the practices Supporting the operational team and director to oversee the smooth daily operations of the practice Indepth oversight of the ongoing appointment schedule, updating and informing of appointment changes, reminders to patients, and followup appointments A wellversed approach to stock control, dealing with dental materials and clerical supplies, ordering, maintaining, invoicing, and billing with a timely, efficient approachAbout You
The Manager position is a senior role within the practice and will attract an individual with a proven background of operational team leadership within a dental practice environment.
The ability to engage and motivate others will be a key strength along with modelling a positive work ethic. Ideally, you will be adaptable and self-driven; a motivated individual who enjoys confidently working toward set goals within a team environment and takes pride and responsibility in their work and achievements.

$ $47.84 per hour
