THE ROLE
As the Office Manager, you'll take charge of office operations while providing high-level support to one of the directors.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing diary, inbox, and travel arrangements for senior management.Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.Handling correspondence, including drafting and editing documents.Coordinating team events and fostering a positive office culture.Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.Assisting with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and compliance. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE A minimum of 2 years' experience in office management or as an EA/PA.MUST have experience in the Construction, Electrical Contracting & related industries.Excellent organisational skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
