This pivotal role has been created to support the Principal Dentist/Owner following the recent departure of our long-term Practice Manager.

As the Office Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the practice, ensuring a smooth patient journey, fostering a positive team environment, and achieving productivity goals.

In this role, your primary production goals include maintaining operational productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key responsibilities involve:
Leading day-to-day operations, including scheduling, billing, and team management to meet financial and productivity targets.Supporting the Principal Dentist by providing operational insights and updates, allowing them to focus on clinical excellence.Ensuring a high standard of patient satisfaction by overseeing and streamlining the patient experience from scheduling through to treatment.We're seeking a results-oriented individual who is ready to build, improve, and grow with us, contributing to both practice success and patient care quality.
