The Role: We're currently on the hunt for an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Melbourne headquarters, creating a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This role includes coordinating with various departments, keeping the environment clean and tidy, stocking up on snacks, and maintaining a productive work environment. You will play a pivotal role in our office aesthetics, organising onboarding equipment for new team members, and in your spare time work with leadership on challenging projects that contribute to Blinq's continued success. What You Will Own:Office Organisation: Maintain office efficiency by planning layouts, keeping the space clean and organised, ensuring snacks are fully stocked etc.Inventory Management: Ordering and keeping track of office inventory such as laptops for employees, office supplies, merchandise etc.Cultural Events: Coordinate and oversee the planning, promotion, and execution of cultural events, ensuring smooth execution to enhance team morale and promote company culture.Leadership Support: Provide administrative support to the leadership team on an ad hoc basis.Arrival of Visitors: Welcome and coordinate arrivals of visitors and candidates.Meetups: Coordinate meetings, special gatherings, and company events.Maintenance: Take ownership of office maintenance, repairs, and safety managing vendor callouts where necessary.Scheduling: Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.Company Tooling: Take ownership of access across company systems and tooling, alongside team calendars.Onboarding: Support recruitment in onboarding efforts where necessary.What We Are Looking For:3-5 years' in office management, ideally within a startup.Strong organisational, communication and people skills.Ability to problem solve and implement solutions.Team player mentality with ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile.Tech Savvy, with proficiency in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office.Now, let's talk about our inspiring work environment: Based in Melbourne, Australia, our vibrant team of 40 (and growing rapidly) is making waves in the industry.
