Your New Company Hays Recruitment is seeking a temporary Office Manager for one of our clients on the Eastern Shore of Hobart, Tasmania.
This is an immediate start, full-time position for up to a duration of 3 months initially, with the role going permanent for the right candidate.
Your new role As An Office Manager, You Will Be Responsible For: Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events.Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.Maintaining and updating records and databases.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.Listing of Job Ads for recruitment.Organising service, repair, audits, and inspections for vehicles and equipment as well as any other Fleet Management duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr
