Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to work for our client who is in the Renewable Energy space. They are a market leader in the rapidly expanding solar and power sector. You will collaborate directly with the director, offering him your superior administrative assistance and other general ad-hoc office administration.
Job Description: Sales support: Preparation of reports/ proposals Reports: Preparing collateral for sales presentations Administration: Executive and administrative support to the Director Project Coordination: Project coordination and support, including project set up, purchase/ordering goods and materials, managing all project documentation. Finance Management & Invoices: Create, track and monitor purchase orders, invoices, budgets across all projects. Documentation: Manage and maintain quality systems, including document control. General Operations: Identify improvement opportunities in GFE's general operations processes and provide/implement solutions in a timely manner. Salary & other perks: $85,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation salary Work from home Fridays Flexible start and finish times Newly renovated office with plenty of natural light, easy access to highway. Understanding and supportive, family oriented team. Easily available Street parking Preferred background of candidate: EA / Office Manager or someone in similar capacity role.
