This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Management:Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail distribution.Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.Facilities Coordination:Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment, coordinating repairs and upgrades as necessary.Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.Ensure a clean and organized office environment, including common areas and meeting rooms.Financial Administration:Assist in budget preparation and expense management, including monitoring office expenditures and invoicing.Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave.HR Support:Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.Maintain employee records and manage HR-related documentation.Event Coordination:Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and executives when necessary.Executive Support:Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and meeting coordination.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of management.Qualifications:Diploma or above.3 years of industry experience.Salary:$70,000 - $80,000Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $800,000.00 per yearBenefits:Visa sponsorshipSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
