About Your New RoleIf you're a friendly and motivated Office Manager with leadership skills, this brand-new role is your chance to make it your own. Working closely with the business owner and team, you'll ensure smooth daily office operations, improve teamwork, and streamline processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Act as the primary contact for admin, bookkeeping, and accounting staff, answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring alignment and efficiency.
Oversee job flows, deadlines, and internal processes to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing engagement letters, quotes, and communications to ensure clients feel supported and valued.
Collaborate with the team and external consultants to streamline workflows, improving efficiency and simplicity.
Facilitate effective communication within the team, resolve issues promptly, and promote collaboration.
What You Will NeedAs the Office Manager, you will set the standard for excellent client and customer service while ensuring high-quality support.
You'll bring:
Experience with tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint (a bonus). Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero or MYOB is even better!
An understanding of compliance in accounting is desirable.
Superior organisational skills and a dedication to completing projects

Leave: 4 weeks of annual leave
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and finish at 3:00 pm on Fridays!
