Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of Office Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient functioning of our office, ensuring a conducive working environment for all staff members. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities, and establishing office service standards.Allocate human resources, space, and equipment effectively to optimize office operations.Assign work to staff, monitor work performance, and provide necessary guidance and feedback.Manage records and accounts of the office, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.Liaise with professionals to coordinate office business and facilitate the resolution of problems.Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and adequate supplies.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Ensure that all work complies with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.Coordinate personnel activities, including hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision.If you possess the skills and experience required for this challenging role, we invite you to apply for the position of Office Manager.
