About the role: With the company showing continued growth, we are seeking an Office Manager to join our Northern Territory team. Reporting to the General Manager with secondary line reporting to Executive General Manager, the candidate's primary responsibility will be supporting the business operations & managing the Darwin office.
This role is a full-time Permanent opportunity based in Darwin, Northern Territory. Relocation cost is covered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: Supervise the administrative team Oversee day to day office activities as main point of contact Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, office facilities & amenities Assist with tender development and coordination of writing proposals when required Assist project managers with end of month reporting, analysis, cost control and subcontract management Management of financial software - Pronto, including subcontract/supplier invoice management Front of house duties as required including answering phone calls & greeting visitors Preparing reports and presentations for higher management About you: To be successful in the role, you will need:
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or related fields Strong leadership skills with an ability to lead change and develop/mentor staff Competent technical, planning & financial management skills Proficient in use of MS Suite, ERP Systems (e.g., Pronto, SAP, Oracle) and Project Management platforms (e.g., ProCore, Aconex) Good time management and adherence to agreed costs, schedules and timeframes Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously Understanding of commercial and project risk management with sound understanding of construction work, contracts and other processes/procedures As an employer who embraces equal opportunity and diversity, we strongly encourage female, Aboriginal, and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.
