What role will you play?
As part of a dynamic, fast paced team environment, you will act as a point of contact for the business on a broad range of operational and administrative requirements.
Requiring a flexible, energetic and can-do attitude and the ability to manage your workflow autonomously, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our office.
This is an integral role that will see you grow and develop your skills, interacting across a range of stakeholders.
Office Management and Administration Ensuring the Sydney office is a safe, pleasant, and enjoyable place to work and visit, adding your own element of fun and energy Oversee office operations, including reception, mail and courier services, supplies, equipment and maintenance Assist (virtually) with management and operations of other offices across Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth Support the business with organisational event coordination, forums and scheduling Liaise with building management and service providers Compilation of meeting packs and presentations for stakeholders Other duties as required People (HR) Support Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening and scheduling interviews Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes Provide administrative and coordination support for People processes and initiatives, e.g.
training and development, employee records, payroll and benefits administration Provide support for people reporting and analysis Finance Support Assist with invoice processing and expense management Provide administrative and coordination support for Finance processes and initiatives Provide support for financial reporting and analysis What you offer Demonstrated experience in a similar office management or administration role within similar project-based or operationally-focused organisations Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to manage across multiple tasks and remain detail oriented whilst working in a fast-paced environment A positive, proactive attitude and enjoy working independently and as part of a diverse team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
