YOUR Role as our Office Administrator will be pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies and equipment, providing administrative support, overseeing receptionist duties, developing and enforcing office policies, coordinating IT and office layout needs, managing company communications, and supervising administrative and janitorial staff. Additionally, you will assist with new staff onboarding, company events, and manage the office budget and invoices.

YOUR Experience Will Include

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing office operations or administrative teams.Strong organisational abilities with a proven track record of effective office management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills to handle diverse tasks efficiently.Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative duties.Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in office management or administration.
