Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager this position will have the responsibilities and duties for assisting with some or all of the following:
Managing our dynamic Whyalla OfficeClerical Support to ManagementHandling customer enquiriesWeekly and Monthly ReportsGeneral Admin Duties
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
A sound knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office softwareEither 2 years experience in a similar role Professional, punctual, helpful and reliableA high level of customer service skillsExcellent personal communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent record keeping skillsNatural ability to lead and provide leadershipUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesAn ability to remain calm under pressure
