Job Responsibilities: Assist in preparing business proposal and LSA preparation.LSO Management, front to end.ISO Management, front to end.Manage sales pipeline through CRM for ANZManagement of Admin Team in both Sydney and Melbourne OfficeFacilities Management of Sydney and Melbourne TenancyAdmin Support to NZ OfficeSupport HR for ongoing people agenda.Key contact for office vendors and suppliersReconcile office related expenses.Travel Management and Visa arrangements for all Australian StaffFacilitate Records Management and Filing as per TMF PolicyBusiness Continuity CoordinatorProvide support to Managing Director as and when requiredProvide support on employee onboarding processManagement of meeting rooms and office calendarAct as a backup for Administration team as and when requiredUndertake ad hoc projects and tasks as and when required Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in an Office Manager position.Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and priorities work with strong organisational, planning and coordinating skillsAdaptable and able to respond in a positive and constructive manner to changing business circumstancesStrong computer skills with experience/knowledge in Microsoft Office ApplicationsStrong Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyStrong command of both spoken and written EnglishIndependent and able to work under pressureAdvertised: 04 Jun 2024 AUS Eastern Standard Time
