Exciting Opportunity: Office ManagerAbout the RoleRandstad are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to oversee customer service and administrative operations in a Canberra based Logistics company.
This full-time role is integral to ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the business, supporting team members, and driving overall company success.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of all office administration tasks, including correspondence, filing, inventory management, and office equipment maintenance.Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the broader team.Act as the primary liaison with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders.Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.Identify and execute process improvements to optimise work flows.Coordinate events, meetings, and special projects with precision and attention to detail.Foster a positive, collaborative office culture that supports team morale.Manage payroll processing for sub-contractors and employees.What We're Looking ForProven experience in office management or a senior administrative role within a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and perform under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Advanced proficiency in office software, including the Microsoft Office suite.A proactive mindset with a focus on finding solutions and driving results.A genuine passion for contributing to the success of the team and company.What We OfferMy client prides itself on fostering a supportive and rewarding workplace.
