Our client has been one of South East Queensland's up and coming construction companies over the last 10 years. They have a long standing leadership team and are an exciting place to work.

As a result of continued success they are currently looking for an Experienced Office Manager to join the team in Auchenflower.

Key Responsibilities: Answer phones and greet visitors to the officeProvide general administrative support to internal teamsAccounts PayableProvide tender and contracts supportCompile handover folders in conjunction with the CA's for completion of jobs (what forms are required, any warranties etc.)Maintain staff Power Pass Cards – supply for new staff, cancellation when staff leavePayment of sundry accounts using credit cardManage onboarding and offboarding of staffCo-ordinate and collate weekly hours for staff and enter into Procore. Send email with summary to MD weeklyWork Health and SafetyCoordinate CleanersSubcontractor insurance managementCreate and distribute Agenda for team meetingsMaintain office equipment eg. Multi-function printer, coffee machine etcPrepare site safety folders in conjunction with CA'sCo-ordinate training, licences, mask fittings etc for staffOrganise team eventsCandidate Criteria: Proven experience as an Office Manager/Business Support, preferably in the construction, civil or transport industry.Ability to take control and really make the role their ownExcellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills.
