Office Manager About the Company: Full time Office Manager on the North Side of Brisbane working for a manufacturing company within the construction industry.
Role and Responsibilities: General administrative duties and organising of the officeLiaising with clients and suppliersManage payroll and wage processing using MYOBOversee job costing, Superannuation, BAS, debtors, and creditorsPrepare Profit and Loss statements and conduct bank reconciliationsCollaborate with company accountant for oversight and advice if neededAbout You: Experience working for a company within the Construction industry is beneficialProven experience as Office Manager or similar Administrative/Accounts roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work accurately and independently with attention to detail.Experience using MYOB is beneficial however full training will be given if neededFor more information on the role, please call Hannah on ******** on or apply direct to the listing!
