Key Responsibilities: Manage the office facilities; welcoming guests, organise meeting rooms and order supplies and groceries.Answer, screen and forward incoming calls, providing a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholdersAssist with the organisation of corporate functions and events as well as engagement initiatives for the National OfficeAssist with travel and accommodation requirements as requestedProvide secretarial and high-level administration support including mail collection, calendar coordination and developing presentationsManage employee carparking and expense processes as well as supporting with employee onboardingAbout you Demonstrated experience as a receptionist, front office representative or a similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems with easeProfessional attitude and appearanceResourceful and proactive with excellent multitasking and time management skillsWarm, positive attitude Why Join Us?
