### Job Description

Qualcomm is seeking an energetic and driven Office Manager to join our team in Brisbane. This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop their professional skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our office, fostering a positive work atmosphere, and ensuring that our team has the resources they need to be successful.

### Responsibilities

- **Office Operations Management:**
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining adequate stock levels.

- **Administrative Support:**
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist with document preparation, including writing, editing, and formatting reports and presentations.

- **Communication:**
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, managing correspondence and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring necessary materials are prepared.

- **Record Keeping:**
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Implement and maintain office database systems for effective record-keeping and data management.

- **Financial Management:**
- Assist with basic financial operations, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Support budgeting activities and ensure compliance with Qualcomm's financial policies.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment by promoting team engagement and participation in company initiatives.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.

- **Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with all workplace regulations and health and safety standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all activities.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office administration or management role.

**Skills & Qualifications:**
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and office supply procurement.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and driven approach, willing to take initiative and contribute to team success.
- Adaptable and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
