About the role The Office manager position will sit in the Eastern Office Support Team and will play a key role supporting the program staff in working with Aboriginal children and families, Government and sector partners to deliver quality services. This position will be a part of the administration team and broader Eastern VACCA team, supporting all program areas.
About You Qualifications in relevant diploma, degree or equivalent such as Business Administration. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in administrative roles, including exposure to senior level responsibilities. Ability to communicate in a clear, culturally appropriate, and respectful way with a range of stakeholders including staff, Government and agency partners and clients. Experience and/or ability to manage other administrative staff and provide leadership and support to the reception roles, including on the job training and mentoring. High level organisational skills and time management to manage high workload, prioritise work and meet deadlines. Effective and culturally appropriate interpersonal skills in all aspects of the role and performance of duties. Requirements: Current COVID-19 vaccination (including booster dose, as applicable), a Working with Children's Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence.
