Purpose of the Job: To ensure the effective and efficient day to day running of the Practice as a whole by ensuring that business and marketing plans are implemented, policies and procedures are adhered to and required standards are met in order to ensure the highest quality of care is given to our clients by capable and motivated employees.
Hours:  Full time hours with flexible Part time hours considered for the right candidate.
Key Technical Skill Required: People managementDrive revenueControl expensesMaintain HR requirementsRetain and motivate key employeesDrive complianceStaff trainingClient managementDebtors and creditors managementStock ControlEmployee rosteringManage employee performance cyclesKey Outputs of the Role: Maintains a well balanced operation that balances the needs of clients with those of therapist and support staff by enhancing communication, resolving issues in a timely manner and effectively controls day to day tasks.Ensures that clients are educated in and understand the terms of engagement when receiving treatment at the Practice, measuring this through effective client feedback mechanisms.Schedules both professional and support staff to ensure adequate cover is maintained to meet client needs on an ongoing basis.Manages human resources and pay related administration to ensure accurate payment of monies due to employees, resolves employee remuneration related queries in a timely manner.Ensures that legal and insurance compliance required paperwork and records required to be maintained in the Practice are compliant with company policy and procedures.Manages employee education and training holistically to ensure that skills and knowledge of professional and support staff remains current and up to date, within the budgetary constraints provided.Provides reports and information as required by the company and Practice support personnel as per reporting cycle requirements.Maintains effective and accurate stock control procedures that manages the risk of stock and other losses, and ensures an accurate system stock record is maintained.Manages the debtors and creditors of the Practice in order to ensure a positive profit and cash flow is maintained at all times.Maintains effective control of petty cash and banking procedures that ensures cash security at all times.Manages the ad hoc and ongoing use of facilities by other medical professionals in partnership with the business.Maintains a high standard of housekeeping throughout the practice.Executes the marketing plan for the business to promote the brand and build the client base.Effectively identifies and controls any business risks.What we are looking for: This role is ideal for a person with an entrepreneurial flare and a strong business acumen.  We are looking for a strong communicator, who is a natural relationship builder and leads teams and enables positive change. The ideal candidate will be a strong planner, collaborator and will embody a values-driven leadership philosophy.  You will be a skilled delegator, with time management skills who is able to multitask and prioritise.
Management experience in a fast paced, service based environment.Either have or be able to pass a DCSI clearance.Experience in a health care environment highly desirable but not essential.NO RECRUITMENT COMPANIES.
