Office Manager/Executive Legal SecretaryWe are an established boutique law firm located in Toowong with two solicitors and a small support team working in areas of family law, wills and estates, property, and litigation.We are looking for an experienced office manager/legal executive secretary to join our support team on a full-time basis to work closely with our solicitors and support staff to ensure a smooth workflow, accurate document management, and effective leadership across the team.Duties will include:Precedent management and development, management of safe custodyBasic client contact, receptionist duties where required, managing office enquiriesInvoicingStreamlining processes and driving operational efficiencyDiary management for multiple professional staffEnsuring administrative consistency with the legal softwareOther administrative/secretarial duties as requiredTo be successful:Have at least four years demonstrated experience in a legal practice as an executive legal secretary or office managerHigh degree of attention to detailExperience with LEAP or similar softwareGood knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 ApplicationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAdditionally, you will be punctual, hardworking, and possess a flexible and proactive attitude to your work.
